I am an aspiring UX/UI Designer and a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder. I have a strong desire to work on meaningful and innovative products as well as focus on maximizing usability and the user experience. I possess relevant skills in design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD) and InVision. I also have a solid background in coding with experience in frontend web development (HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript) and mobile app development (Swift, Xcode, Java, Android Studio) so I am aware of the feasibility of translating design ideas to code. I am currently working as a Qualtrics Product Specialist. The Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) software platform helps brands continually assess the quality of their four core experiences—customers, employees, products, and brands. As an expert in using and troubleshooting the Qualtrics XM Platform, I consult with all levels of customers on a daily basis and provide product support to create and maintain effective workflows. I have developed expertise in triaging and troubleshooting technical issues, and have been able to work closely with senior-level employees within Qualtrics and at client companies to optimize user experiences. In this position, I have honed my skills of technical problem solving, professional communication, analytical reasoning, workflow and time management, HTML, and CSS. As part of the Themes team, I am responsible for the technical support for the themes specialty, which entails creating and maintaining survey design for clients using HTML and CSS.
