Hello, my name is Bryan Dilbert Johnson, and I currently reside in Honduras. Over the past seven years, I have built a career in the Customer Service Industry, taking on roles such as Agent, Analyst, Team Lead, Trainer, and eventually Assistant Training Manager. I have always gravitated toward roles that allow me to help people and make a meaningful difference. For more than three years, I worked on a campaign that provided on-screen phone captions for individuals who were hearing impaired, a service subsidized by the U.S. Government.
