I completed my high school education in North Carolina, USA. After spending three and a half years in the USA, I made a return to Turkey with superb English language skills. I have always had an interest in Japanese culture. As a result, I majored in Japanese Language and Literature at Ankara University. During my education, I was a part of the multilateral exchange program at Bunkyo Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan. Now as a highly motivated individual, I focus on supporting cross-functional teams to increase customer satisfaction through process improvements. I am a respectful and respected professional with exceptional knowledge of developing strategic plans for service excellence. I can prioritize and multi-task with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. I am also in the process of getting my CAPM( Certified Associate in Project Management) certification.
