Dr. Al Ansari’s commitment to supporting Arab women earned her recognition throughout the region. She ranked 67th on Arabian Business magazine’s 100 Most Powerful Arab Women list in 2011 and was named Businesswoman of the Year 2011 by Rowad Al Aamal magazine.
The tireless Dr. Alansari businesswoman has built an illustrious career in the fields of business and education. She started her professional career as a teacher’s assistant at Qatar University while also founding Tamkeen Training & Consulting Solutions, a company focusing on professional development of Qatari women, and Strike for Marketing and Communications (MARCOM), an event management company. Dr. Al Ansari also held senior positions throughout Qatar’s market, once serving as Acting Human Resources Director at the Qatar Investment Authority and Senior Human Resources Director at Ooredoo.
A prolific writer, she contributes to several Qatari newspapers, reflecting on contemporary topics in local and regional business to her readership. In addition, she has published several books focusing on Qatari women, such as “Qatar Women Before and After Oil and Gas” and “Sheroes”, while also overseeing her own magazine that focuses on relevant monthly topics in human resources, titled “HR Digest Magazine”.
Dr. Al Ansari holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, UK. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Qatar University and a Master of Strategic Planning from American University in Cairo, Egypt. Additionally, she holds an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Qatar Leadership Centre.
