About
Hello, my name is Camille Enriquez. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs. My degree program taught me how to write research papers and give public speeches. With that, I secured a position as a military research analyst in the international affairs branch of the Philippine Army's strategy and planning office, where I handled all of the Philippine Army's engagements with its foreign counterparts. Aside from that, I was a member of the Philippine Army's operations manual think tanks, where I co-wrote two of the Philippine Army's internal and external defense strategies. After two years on the job, I was offered the opportunity to work in the higher office, which is part of the President's Office under communications. For five years, I worked as an Executive Assistant to the bureau's head. My work as an EA developed my ability to be resourceful when it came to arranging and managing my boss' schedule and errands, whether they were official business or personal. I am also responsible for monitoring the bureau's operations, where I coordinate and manage issues and complaints from each department inside the office. At the start of the pandemic, I was assigned the extra duty of being the executive producer of 9 podcast shows, both online and on air, and I honed my skills in multimedia and social media marketing. As a result of the success of nine podcasts, I was appointed Executive Producer of a nationwide campaign for a unified ID system. Where we discuss the significance of a uniform ID system for every Filipino. From one profession to the next, I keep learning and improving my craft while remaining open to new experiences. Logistic Management Officer
As an LMO for the Logistics System Division, I consult with the Judge Advocate General Service (JAGS), the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and other offices to update logistics policies for the Armed Forces of the Philippines. I also engage with major unit logistic offices to discuss issues and concerns that need to be handled by higher headquarters in policy and procurement matters; I transcribe notes and prepare letter correspondence. I was also tasked with writing speeches for the Head of the Office. As part of the organizing team for the 25th AFP Logistics Officers' Forum, I was tasked with creating forum information materials, graphic design for the event, motion backdrops, and a same-day edit film of the forum. An extra duty assigned to me during my short stint at the office was to produce the coffee table book consisting of the former chief of office tour of duty report, for which I served as the overall editor.

Executive Assistant/Executive Producer
As the Director's Executive Assistant, I am in charge of organizing the Director's daily calendar and meetings. I also represent the Director at coordination and other meetings when he is unable to attend; I also transcribe notes. Part of my responsibilities includes supervising the daily operations of the Bureau and relaying issues and concerns to the Director/other interested parties. I also write reports, communications, and endorsements. I also maintain confidential files and update papers coming in and out of the Director's Office. I also plan the Director's schedule, board, and accommodation for official business both locally and internationally. Coordinate bilateral and multilateral engagements with international media peers. I also served as an Executive Producer for the Bureau's different social media content as part of our office's efforts throughout the pandemic. As Executive Producer, I also collaborate with many record labels, including Sony Music PH, Warner Music PH, VIVA Records, and Amplified Entertainment, to get exclusive interviews for the FM1 Spotlight and Juan on 1 shows. These online and on-air performances include world-class Filipino musicians as well as foreign performers, allowing fans to get to know them better. I was also the Executive Producer and overall technical content director for the PSA #IDNatin campaign under PCOO for 33 Facebook pages and 33 radio stations around the country.

I was in charge of the Philippine Army's (PA's) International Defense and Security Engagement (IDSE) activities with the US Army and Asia Pacific Armies as a Research Analyst. I also keep track of the Philippine Army's international military engagements for future reference and research. I participate in Philippine Army and US Army Pacific Executive Steering Group and Steering Committee meetings. I also prepared talking points for the Commanding General of the Philippine Army, crafted policies, organized the Philippine Army's bilateral/multilateral engagements, and organized programs for International Defense Security Engagement activities that will determine the army's long-term plans of action toward becoming a world-class army by 2028. As a Research Analyst, I was in charge of reviewing and updating the Philippine Army's (PA's) strategic plan, which serves as the foundation for the army's capability development. At the same time, I worked as a research assistant on the Philippine Army's Medium-Term Strategic Plan. I also do research on strategic assessment and special studies in order to develop the Philippine Army's contingency plan and other combat operations.
