25+ years Customer Service experience in different industry settings, both on-site and remote, including but not limited to: financial, travel, and telecommunications. These experiences have allowed me to build upon skills learned from one position to the next, continue to build relationships with my customers, and gain an independence while still conforming to industry standards. Having worked remotely since March 2020, I have been able to utilize my independent nature while using the necessary tools and resources to ensure each customer interaction is concluded with a solid resolution, as well as have become more analytical in finding a resolution to issues as they arise and thinking outside the box when necessary.
