About

There are four fields in which I have recently worked, and in which I have gained experience and strengths: 1. The investigative field, in which I have participated in the development of several projects related to Human Rights in organizations, business ethics , organizational behavior, human management, violence in organizations and workplace harassment (mobbing). This activity has allowed me to gain experience in the search for calls, formulation of projects, search and analysis of information, creation and application of research instruments, and writing of scientific articles. 2. The teaching field, guiding topics such as violence at work, business ethics, administration and organization theory, strategic management, corporate social responsibility, research methodology, research seminar, and human talent management. 3. In research management, by leading the SENNOVA program (Research, Technological Development and Innovation System) of the Trade and Services Center of SENA Regional Risaralda. 4. Graphic design and art, fields that I have begun to explore as an amateur in recent years, but which I intend to strengthen and enrich.
