I'm someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoys helping people. I worked in the BPO industry for almost 3 years—28 months handling a telecom account where I focused on billing concerns, sales support, and technical troubleshooting. Then I transitioned to a healthcare account for 5 months, specifically working with prescription processing and billing.
What I found through both roles is that I’m really good at clear communication, staying calm under pressure, and solving problems efficiently. I’m also naturally organized and detail-oriented, which helps me handle multiple tasks while keeping accuracy high.
Right now, I’m excited to shift my skills into the virtual assistant and social media space because I love structure, creativity, and engaging with people. I’m interested in roles where I can bring both my customer service experience and my growing knowledge of digital tools together to support business goals and community growth.
