Manager Role within the Graphic design, product design, product development and website management departments. Responsibilities: ■ Graphic Design – Created marketing material for Social Media, Website and Email campaigns. Edit images to create new product variations for the website. Creative editing for style images and image correction. Graphic Design done on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. ■ Website Management – Maintained the website to upload new products, created and uploaded new slider images, updated product data and category information. Worked closely with the Web Developer to create an organised and creative website layout. Worked on WordPress, Woo Commerce and Slider Revolution. ■ Email Campaigns – Created all email campaigns sent out by the company. Responsibilities: writing, editing and choosing products for sale. Designs created on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. ■ Product Development – Worked closely with the team to develop and enhance existing furniture pieces so as to continually keep all furniture designs up to date with customer needs and experiences. ■Customer Relations Manager – Managed the use of the company's CRM system. Training and Maintenance of the system. Assisted with the wireframe planning for the sites structure. Therefore Quantum and Dear Inventory.
