I'm a photographer looking to switch careers to technology because I have always been interested in everything that involved tech and thought it's never too late. I know I'm very skilled for the jobs that IT Support offers and got the Google IT Support Professional Certificate that gave me the tools to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot and solve computer and network problems while offering a great customer service along the way. I also learned the importance of patience, leadership, customer service, problem solve, attention to detail and gentleness on my photography business because I was the one looking for great results for my business and my reputation as a photographer therefore needed to develop those skills so that everyone involved got the positive outcome they wanted.
