In college, I took up Marketing Management and then finished a diploma course in culinary studies. I did a short marketing internship in a telecom brand in the Philippines. And also, after finishing my course in culinary studies, I worked as a kitchen trainee in a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. After completing my internship, I worked as an assistant supervisor in a Retailer/Wholesaler that sells baking and kitchen supplies from June 2018 to June 2019. My tasks are mostly on evaluating staff based on their overall performance, selling kitchen/baking supplies, and creating social media posts for the store to gain more potential customers. In July 2019, I started working as a manager in a Korean & Japanese BBQ restaurant. I assisted the owner from the start until it began operations like creating SOPs and recruiting the team. My tasks were supervising the team, overlooking the daily operations, scheduling the weekly roster, calculating the staff payroll, producing monthly financial reports, co-managing the restaurant's social media platforms, and assisting the kitchen manager in purchasing the restaurant supplies.
