Yay! Finally, CPHR unlocked! I achieved the CPHR Certification last June 25, 2021, after 17 days of reviewing for the exam (tho it's easier than I expected haha). I have earned my MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology last 2018. I worked as an HR Business Partner to Officer and now HR Head. Primarily, I've been responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the organization such as; manpower planning, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, personnel movements, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, and talent & development. Away from the office, you can find me working out, listening to good music, appreciating nature, admiring interior designs, and of course eating sweets! :D
