I am currently working in Cambodia as a Beach House Manager, which I have been doing for 2 months. Prior to this I worked on setting up a beach bar and hostel for 10 months.
I really enjoy being organised and attention to detail, all whilst doing this in a mindful way ensuring that all jobs are done to the highest of my ability and with a good energy.
The work I am looking for includes being attentive, organised and where I am able to communicate with others. As the low season is here, I am able to dedicate 5 days per week to this role, and where required, I am able to work overtime.

Koh Rong, Cambodia
Bar Manager
After investing into a business, I moved to the property and for the first 3 months took the lead on redecorating the hostel. This included organising stock to be shipped from the mainland, rooms are cleaned to a high standard and basic Western practices were adhered to.
From opening the bar, my role changed more to bar manager where I supported other bar staff in training, ordering stock and ensuring that all events were running smoothly and working alongside the Floor Manager.
Silva Care
Feb 2020 – Jul 2021
Bristol, United Kingdom
Administrator
Within this role I worked as part of a team within the care sector. The importance of this role was to work alongside managers from different departments, making sure that all staff followed procedures when booking holidays and taking sick days.
Policies and procedures were a big part of my job, as working with people from the community with learning disabilities means other peoples lives are dependant on the work we provided.
This role taught me a lot with focusing on spreadsheets, emails and effective communication to many people, from service users, managers to stake holders and external professionals.
