Managed multiple Google and Outlook calendars for the CEO, calendar included work related and personal activities Confidentially: As a 5- month-old employee, I was trusted with the full access to the payroll software (Quickbooks) that contained all of the employees financial and personal information. Decreased the cost spent on invoicing by 60% by introducing invoicing software (Quickbooks) to the company Assisted in planning work related events that included dealing with expenses, vendors and calendar/time management.
