As a roadside assistance agent, I was responsible for assisting the customer with any issues with their rental. I would assess the situation based on product knowledge, critical thinking, and what the customer has told me after probing them. I was responsible for sending assistance such as jumpstarts, tire changes, towing, wrenching, etc. When the customer suffered filigree damage, I was also in charge of filing a claim.

I was a reservation agent on the Delta Airline account. I was responsible for answering general questions about traveling with Delta, booking air fares, rebooking customers whose flights were cancelled, and booking customers who had connecting flights with Delta's partnering airline for international customers, for example KML or Air France. I was also responsible for offering discounts for rentals if customers needed them upon arrival at their destination.
