Hi, I'm Christine, I'm a Freelance/Virtual Paralegal. I concentrate in Real Estate Law, Title Processing, Lien Researching, Estate Planning and Probate, and I am also a licensed Notary Public and can offer assistance with signings. I have also moved several times and have become quite an expert in organizing, unpacking, packing, and cleaning before/after a move. I am not legally able to advise you, however, I can prepare documents and notarize them upon request. My prices and turn-around times are individually quoted based on the work requested and the urgency associated. - Any work will require a 25% down-payment/retainer. - I will not begin working on any project without the retainer being paid in full. - I do not charge a lump sum; I charge $45/hour no exceptions. - I am a licensed Notary. - I charge $25/per party for this service IF I am providing documents for you. - If I am NOT providing documents for you, it'll be $75 per party + any travel fees associated (retainer fee is not required). - There will be no additional cost for Witnesses. - I am willing to travel. - Travel fees incurred are based on mileage. - anything inside the 610 loop is $0 - anything inside 610 to Beltway 8 is a $15 flat rate, - anything inside of Beltway 8 to Hwy 99 is $25. - anything outside of HWY 99 is $25 + $0.50 per additional mile. - Any and all fees that may accrue will be added to the invoice via an itemized breakdown so there is 100% transparency. - Such items may include garage or parking fees, mail and/or shipping fees, travel expenses, copy fees, notary fee, etc. - All payments are due at the time services are rendered.
