I have spent the last 12 years developing my skills in marine and mechanical engineering. I have conducted the technical skills required for these tasks and my current role is administrative, to ensure the technicians have the supplies and logistical support they need to have problems resolved. This administrative role involves writing papers to justify spending, editing administrative documents from the technicians, planning and coordinating repairs for the vessels and meeting with senior management to present defects and explain the process for repairing multi million dollar assets.
