Currently, associated as a Management Consultant carrying out assignments in Operational Excellence, Organizational Restructuring. Delivered the following projects: Currently working with a Large Stainless-Steel manufacturer on streamlining Order Allocation to Dispatch process to Reduce Lead Time and faster turnaround of FG Stocks to meet effectively customer demands. For a large Submerged Arc Welded (SAW) pipe manufacturer designed a Process-Based Structure, as the existing Functional Based Structure was silo-based, less responsive to customer demands, and decision making was slow, implemented this structure in Logistics that resulted in a TAT reduction of 35% and manpower optimization by 25%. Devised an operational excellence model in an electro graphite manufacturing engineering company, resulting in the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) from 0.55 to 0.80; also trained the second-level management team to undertake future plant operations. Analyzed and streamlined the supply chain processes of a multinational organization, resulting in a 25% reduction in manpower. Using the Balanced Scorecard methodology, executed a corporate initiative that involved developing strategic objectives and a performance management system. Organization restructuring of a large public sector in the engineering, electrical, and tea plantation business; introduced modern automation tools, identified outsourcing opportunities, and recommended manpower optimization by 35%. Reduced manpower needs by 20% through analysis and intervention of editorial processes for a leading newspaper.
