I am working as HR Manager from the last 2yrs and have good knowledge about work. I am very detail oriented person and I am self motivated person. I have yellow personlaity type so I am an extrovert and I hold good communicatiosn skills. I can work as multitasker and can work under pressure. For an HR it's mandatory that you should have good decision making skills so as to get good balance in future in terms of work.
