Permanent market monitoring (desk research), I boosted my agents with
Prospecting for elaborating adapted offers (pre-sales activities).
Through outbound calls I conquered 2 markets for the delivery of several tons
of construction materials (Tiles and cement) in Angola for the construction of
two factories and in South Africa for the construction of 3 malls.
I Handle customer enquiries timeously and in a professional manner knowing
that the customer is a boss he is the one that pays my salary.
I am very good in Follow up on customer queries and ensure that they are
resolved timorously. I have mastered and destroyed all the most acerbic
complaints during all the time that I was a director in this company; this
allowed the customer database to increase from 3500 to 38000 customers with
more than 50% permanent returning customers.
In this position, I did not make myself a boss but I myself Build and maintain a
very close customer relationships, in a way that I do not only ask my agents
the report of the follow up, but I take time to call the customers or email them,
to find out if they are satisfy at all the time, if not how will they wanted to be
served next time. I even give them access to call me directly for any inquiry,
and make sure I return all the call I could not pick.
