I have almost 2 years experience working in an international insurance company based here in Manila, Philippines catering local clients assisting claims facilitation, customer service support via email and chat, and payments. I experienced working for almost a year in a BPO set-up for a healthcare account wherein we ensuring the claims where properly reimbursed, triaging new claim accounts, and root cause analysis for the denied claims assigning to the claims specialist. I also have a 6 months experience working as Medical Underwriter for local insurance assessing the risk of the applicants based on their medical history, records, and lifestyle. I'm proficient with Microsoft Office 365 particularly Outlook, Documents, Excel, and One Note. I have a basic knowledge in editing using Canva. I'm comfortable navigating tools and adaptable at the role given to me. Most of my skills are in-line with customer service support especially emails and chat, and admin task support.
