Am a Proactive person, I like to assess existing measures and processes when likely to recognize any projected issues or concerns. I find that being proactive in circumstances when possible is much superior to being reactive. Revenue focused, I am sure in my aptitude to create results. Of course, situations occur when the results aren't perfect, and when that does take place, I do my best to move the hat in a positive track. Accountable, by taking liability for my actions and consequences, I can make the choices required for a better conclusion or results the next time around. Goal-Oriented, I am diligent and set rational goals for myself. Once those goals are in position, I can then back out of them and build smaller goals to complete, so I can continuously appraise my presentation. Dedicated to personal growth and development, I consider it's significant to continue to produce and learn.
