I have sound knowledge of relevant HR related legislature such as Skills Development Act, BBBEE, Employment Equity and relevant Labour legislation. I’ve got strong administrative and organisational skills. I’m competent in project management, report writing, facilitation and presentation. I’m IT savvy, including proficiency in office suite.
I have a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology (Organizational development).
I have more than 5 years’ experience coordinating a range HR activities, projects, systems and programme development. I have working knowledge of HR systems and legislation e.g Performance management, Job evaluation, HR administrative systems and remuneration.
I believe that efficiency and competence, enthusiasm, as well as quality orientation, adds strength to my professional role. This position will provide an excellent opportunity to utilise my professional strengths.
