I am a Concept Artist with experience in visualizing/conceiving environments, props, and characters in a variety of
styles for 2D and 3D applications, games, television, web and social media. I worked as a 3D animator in Maya for
over 10 years and I have a good relationship with 3D modelers, texture artists and riggers with lots of experience
conceptualizing artwork that will interpret well into 3D for the most cost effective and time sensitive outcomes
without compromising look and feel.
I enjoy creating worlds, characters, themes, moods, and atmosphere visually. I have a propensity for detail and I
have a thorough understanding of drafting images with perspective and/or orthographic. I employ tonality, colour
balance and lighting, softening and contrast to simulate reality and emotion. Working digitally with Photoshop I
am able to generate images with a rapid turnaround depending on what is required.
