• Direct, supervise, and assist in planning the overall operation of the residential home. Plan and assign work assignments and schedules to employees to ensure all shifts are properly covered. • Supervise and provide assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of individual habilitation plans to assess, review and meet the needs of residents. • Coordinate resident services with community agencies and employers of resident and answering inbound and outbound calls. • Provide liaison services with families, community agencies, employees, and other interested parties as well as scheduling appointments with clients. • Supervise 15 employees, screen, interview, and recommend applicants for hire. • Assist in preparation on budgeting and operate the facility in annual budget • Implement behavioral health treatment by providing services based on the individual’s behavioral health and developmental needs such as skill development problem solving, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and coordination of care.
