I was responsible for all activities in import and export department, always negotiating with suppliers to have the best operation prices and attend the deadlines from customer’s sales orders. I’ve developed process steps to optimize the transit time during process import, Always working with freight forwarders and brokers to have a quick clearance process as well, to reduce airport warehouse costs. I was used to send the purchase orders for headquarters and other suppliers by intercompany system and lead all the steps of import process, attending the expected deadlines. I was used to support as well sales and support team, to confirm and close the sales orders with customers. I also have worked together with production team in order to support them for HS Code and NCM classification, and calculate the estimated customs fees for each process. Beside, I’ve participated in a intercompany Project as a system key user, to develop and migrate for a new system (the company has integrated the CRM and ERP Dynamics 365), doing all the tests necessary and reporting every step to the responsible IT developers in headquarters.

I was used to participate in development projects for new product collections, intermediating the communication between design and product department and the manufacturers in China. After final approval, I was used to negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best prices and production deadlines, according to company’s target. I also negotiated to have the best deadlines to import all the samples in time to catalog them and expose them in fairs. I was responsible as well to make all the importation process (door to door), following the shipments, checking and approving documents and also providing everything to have the quickest clearance process at customs. For new projects and products I needed to classify them (HS Code and NCM) and estimate the operation costs to report for the managers.
