Having a solid background in International Business Management, and over two years’ experience in Business Analytics and a year in Account/Client Management , I am looking to transition into a field that is more path driven to my passion. I believe that having studied a career that allows me to shift into different sectors of a business, gives me the opportunity to align my personality, my skills and my traits with the right job. Throughout the course of my life I have gained what I would consider my strongest skills; which I believe would be ideal for this position.
From growing up in a third world country, I learned perseverance and striving to achieve your goals. In a work environment, persistence is key, especially if you are diving into new waters. From my culture, being such a Latin culture, I learned to do things passionately. If you commit yourself both mind and heart into any activity, the possibilities are endless. Coming from a large family, with many siblings, I learned teamwork. Of course, this is a skill that you can always improve, and I’ve been doing so since I can remember. Although, the main concept was achieved through my siblings, and learning to join different perspectives to come up with solutions that are more efficient. Sports have taught me leadership and knowing when to lead and when to follow. Being someone that was born in El Salvador, studied in The Netherlands, went abroad to France and now lives in Spain, I have learned to be resilient, learning to interact and work with people around the world, always trying to make the best out of any situation. All these qualities are ones that I would consider reflect on my person, even though I am constantly working on improving them.
In today's society, social media and online marketing, are a crucial part of the business sector. It is clear the power that the internet has in influencing, inspiring and connecting people. Therefore, being able to link people who have created their brands and are doing genuinely what they love with potential buyers, and eventually loyal customers, is the main reason, I decided to apply for this position. Not only connecting them to any content creator but being able to analyze and help these entrepreneurs find the right amount of online exposure that should come with the hard work they put into their businesses.
If you think of an ideal workspace, or work environment, I’m sure that everyone's image would be different. Personally, my ideal work environment, includes working with people from different cultures, since you are able to gain so much insight into other working habits, and into different cultures as well, on a more personal level. It also includes a company, that allows you to strive to achieve more, to go the extra mile, and to value opinions and ideas. I believe that your company is this. An international team of talent young people, who learn to work together remotely, and create such great working relations, that once they get together, it feels as if they have worked close to each other every day, and that is a company I would be proud to work in.
