Working as a sales and account manager, I found dozens of new contacts of the potential clients a day. With them, who has tasks for the advertising agency, I made presentations of our cases. Once in TutkovBudkov agency, we decided to open the creative school for adults, who want to upgrade their creative skills. So we prepared the program and released the recruitment of students. I managed all the processes: hiring marketing and production teams, payments from students, schedule of the lessons and so on. Having good results with offline school, we decided to open the online courses so that students from other cities can join us. Again, I ruled all the organizational tasks.

I worked as a producer for all the events of the Summer Program. There were workshops, conferences, film screenings, festivals, football broadcasts and many more formats of public entertainment! A had to manage the design team to make sceneries, production team to prepare the sound and screens. Even having the ambulance on the event was my responsibility. We really made so many cool events!
