As Compensation Specialist, was responsible for the administration of all salary programs, including the corporate incentive program, development and the evaluation of job descriptions. In 2010 the responsibilities for Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) were added for the role of Manager over a staff of three individuals to administer compensation as well as employee disciplinary activities, anti-discrimination policies, conflict resolution, etc.
