I am a Canadian born Graphic Designer/Art Director living in London. Before coming to the UK in 2002, I worked in Calgary, Alberta as a Senior Art Director with a proven track record of success within Corporate Advertising, B2B, IT, Leisure, Oil & Gas, Biotech, Telecommunications and High-Tech businesses.
We created and designed Annual Reports, Websites, Corporate Identity (ID), Powerpoint Presentations, Packaging and many more for some Canada's best Oil and Gas Companies. Plus, we even produced the Ski Canada Magazine.
Prior to working in Corporate Advertising, I worked in Retail Advertising designing for some of Calgary's leading retailers: creating Direct Mail, Point of Sale in Fashion Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, TV and Radio, Advertising Property Development, Printing and Commercial Market sectors. Including, designing and producing Calgary Fashion Magazine. I also Art Directed at photoshoots, did press proofing and helped to produce fashion shows.
My Canadian career claim to fame was being one of the lead designers working on the Calgary Torch Relay and Winter Olympics 1988. Also, designing and doing a key illustration for the Calgary Children's Festival campaign.
Since moving to the UK I’ve worked for a Kent Newspaper for over two years, and mainly as a Freelance Designer designing and producing Contract and Corporate Magazines, Brand Identity [Logos, Letterhead and Business Cards], Brochures, Leaflets, Websites and Books.
