Setting, rescheduling and cancelling patients appointments. Providing customized healthcare assistance (medical records request, prescription refills, connecting to healthcare providers, etc) for each of the 6 clinics. Provide reminders for patients for upcoming, missed, due and rescheduled appointments, both on a regular basis and on outreach campaigns. Responding and making an average of 150 calls a day.
