With almost a decade of experience in the BPO industry and 5 years of handling teams in both voiced and non-voiced accounts, I have developed a strong skill set in leadership, organizational skills, critical thinking, and efficiency, to name a few. I am confident that my qualifications and passion for helping others by all means possible—a never-give-up attitude.
Throughout my career, I have achieved rewarding feats and been promoted in all the companies I've been with, starting as an agent and working my way up to being a Team Manager. These experiences have allowed me to refine my keen understanding of what running a business is all about. I believe that my expertise in finding all possible solutions on the internet is also advantageous, as I spend most of my day in front of the computer, whether employed or not.
Communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are also vital skills for a team manager. Thus, I hope that most, if not all, of my current skill set is transferable, as I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams or clients to achieve our common goals.
