Why I think I am fit for this role, cause I have worked with many global clients and I know the operations pain from delivery, IT and Cyber security 360 angle points.
I have 15 years of global work experience (US, EMEA, APAC) that, too, with a variety of clients' banking and insurance, transportation, chemicals, job portal, IT service providers, automation etc.
I have great skills to listen carefully, pay attention to details, and escalate with the right people at the right time to be sure my ask is addressed. Then I do regular touch point call and collect my progress for trasperacy.
Worked with multiple domains like IT service delivery from infra and apps side (ITIL best practices). Also, I have handled projects like migration (App & Infra) from on-prem to cloud, related projects, BCP/DR, crisis mgmt, change, Problem and release mgmt, failed change and root cause analysis, SLA, OLA, vendors, third-party suppliers (AWS, Azure, RedHat, Cisco, Palo Alto etc) I am well trained in driving any vendor or internal teams (using most effective escalation way vertical and horizontal)
Cyber security projects includes, Internal Audit ITGC/ITAC (Application control)Logical access, change mgmt review, SSAE18/SOX testing, Policy and Procedure, SOC2 (Type2), App Entitlement management, root, admin, service & contractors accounts, kick-off meetings reports, dashboards, access recertification (Standard users, Priv, contractors, third-party, etc.), Azure cloud and its optimization, Cyber security assessment logging & Monitoring, security incidents review and closer, parser/logs meta testing, Xsoar engineering, tools upgrade, linux, UEBA, a good understanding of all security control's from perimeter to our LAN segments (NGFW, Ids/IPS, proxy, email & content security, edr, xdr, containerization and sandboxing, malware analysis, VA & Risk Management, Application security vulnerability mgmt, Team, stakeholders and vendor management, cyber security projects, charing high-level calls.
In my opinion, a person who has worked 360 degrees IT Service delivery and Cyber security can handle the business transformation more effectively than a regular person cause that person might not be aware of under laying process and ask everyone to move forward, but a person like me is will act like a pro as all process is inherent in my mind.
