PERFORM THREAT MONITORING AND ANALYSIS for Threat Analysis & Crisis Services team on behalf of Google. Monitor, track, and analyze incoming alerts that have the potential to or are impacting corporate assets, operations, or personnel. These defined threats include incidents of fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, flooding, hazardous materials, inclement weather, workplace violence, and other security-related incidents or conditions The alert monitoring, and analysis is based on a Trigger Matrix. Watch officers then report intelligence gathered on the potential threat. CONDUCT NECESSARY RESEARCH when executing regional threat monitoring within the defined parameters to become better aware of the threat, source of intelligence, and for intelligence reports. Research is conducted on dependable platforms and websites to incur the most accurate information using OSINT skills. Research is also used to quickly verify real-time events and to write accurate and concise reports of the threat to be distributed to pertinent stakeholders within defined time parameters. DEVELOP WRITTEN INTELLIGENCE PRODUCTS as well as participate in the preparation of reports to ensure substantive accuracy with global incidents and events; edit and provide quality control of written products. Ability to brief counterparts and leaders on those products, answer detailed questions, and provide supporting information. Depending on the incident, support crisis communications process is provided as events dictate. WORK CLOSELY WITH LEADERS, REGIONAL SOCs, AND OTHER REGIONS for briefings, gathering of information, vetting, and review of intelligence for distribution of reports. Taught over 280 individuals and made sure to incorporate stimulating and rigorous learning methods throughout each class. Petitioned upper leadership to change curriculum due to insufficient language fluency and lack of college preparation. Upon new curriculum approval and implementation, students were able to better retain information which directly caused scores to increase by 20%. Contingencies included random drug screening, parenting classes, individual counseling, visitation schedules, and safe home inspections. Ensured all plans were in compliance with state laws and regulations. Located temporary home placement for children after being deemed unsafe by State Child Services. Upon 12-month mark of open case, initiated determination for onward movement which could have resulted in long term relative care, initiation of termination of parental rights, or reunification. PERFORMED INTERVIEWS with approved child placement guardians at least once a month. Gathered information on the child’s behavioral, academic, and physical status to ensure safety. Received requests for placement changes as well as child necessities and facilitated various needs. FORMULATED COURT REPORTS for all assigned dependency cases to update its progress to the judge during scheduled court hearings. Incorporated all evidence such as medical reports, arrests, criminal activity, interview findings, and parent’s compliance with case plans in a court report. Dutifully testified to admit additional hearing information and provided a professional recommendation for case decisions that benefited the child’s well-being.
