As previously stated, I'm very well versed in technology, so learning new computer systems, and procedures won't be an issue. I can also type fairly quickly and well. I have many years of customer support experience that should transfer well within this role. And I'm a fairly quick learner so it shouldn't be difficult for me to learn what I need to be able to excel at this position.
