Essential Functions: RECRUITMENT • Support recruitment processes which include understanding the requirement, identifying candidates and assessing qualifications • Responsible for managing job posting via internal recruitment portal, selected social media networks and job fairs • Maintain up-to-date candidates’ profile in our in-house recruitment database accurately and on timely manner • Responsible for end-to-end recruiting activity • Source high-quality applicants for current orders, future orders, and in-demand skill sets • Interview applicants, assessing qualifications, and discussing candidate's career objectives. • Conduct reference check to all applicants (officer, supervisory and managerial levels only) • Conduct New Employee Orientation • Update new employee database regularly. • Send the new employee email to the line manager and HR department prior to the newbie’s start date. • Ensure all vacancies have been closed and removed from all internal/external websites (coordinate with Marketing) • Ensure that all pre-employment requirements of applicants are complete and are submitted on the scheduled date. • Assist new starters on their 1st day and ensure that on boarding process is complete and with relevant attachments, job description, government forms etc. Job Offer is coordinated with the Recruitment Officer. • Administration Tasks • Monitor and update Manpower Request Summary • Replenish printed recruitment forms and ensure they are kept up to date. • Conduct exit interview based on the specified assigned departments and send the summary via email to the Recruitment Head. • Assist the team with recruitment projects as required e.g. SRAs • Other ad-hoc duties as required e.g. acts as a HR Generalist if necessary, to ensure smooth HR operations
