Problem Statement / App solution's: The pain point was centered around difficulty of business professionals remembering client details. Keep track of dates on calendar to meetings, & appointments with messaging to ease the problem of keeping on track for the busy professional. My role was part of the UX & more-so the UI part of the app, to create elements that would meet the users needs. Walked client through the screens & discuss their needs to ensure we understand the app requirements.
