I am a hard worker and enthusiastic person who loves to help people, I have been working in the call center industry since 2011 and I have been learning the art of providing good customer service. Since I had the opportunity to work as a supervisor my mind has changed in too many ways always thinking about the best practices to improve the customer experience. I always told to my customers "If you are happy I am happy too." I have been able to work in different industries and for different companies like T-Mobile, Telus, Square, and UPS, always acting as Customer Service or Technical support.
