- Market & Industry research + Business acumen: Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative market analysis to analyze industry trends, build short/medium and long-term plans, and support strategic decision-making in terms of finance, supply chain, distributor network,... - Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis, perform variance analysis, and provide recommendations for cost control. - Financial modeling: Create financial models like budgeting, cost management, inventory management, lead time management (for the procurement department), and revenue management to help BOD manage more easily and faster. Thus, showing BOD the detailed picture of current/incoming issues, helping related departments to improve their operations. - Internal controls & Risk management: Specialized in designing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safeguard company assets, and enhance financial reporting accuracy. Manage daily costs incurred by all departments: Purchase orders, invoices, supplier contracts,… for the purpose of cost minimization, revenue maximization, and inventory utilization. - Project management & Digital transformation: Build ERP systems for internal control by acting as the team leader in ERP system implementation projects (CRM, budgeting, PO, inventory management,...) for company digital transformation based on Odoo, Kissflow, Fast, and Misa with the average contract value of 3-4 bil VND.
