I am Durga Radhakrishnan Usha, I have 3 years of Office Administrative experience as well as Customer Service experience, I believe that helps me to suit the requirement for this position and I also done Global Business Management and Human resource Management. I have the ICDL certification that help me to better understand the Microsoft office.
I have a great experience in administration field including hiring,payroll making and employer customer relationship(3 year).I also have the experience in collections both third party and first party( Bell and Capone)(1 year) which customer service and collections. It helps me to better understand the needs of the customer and the ways to make their account up-to-date. I also have experience in documentation and verification with CIBC Mortgage department(1 year) throughout this period, I am familier with these applications RTM,CRM, LCMS, ECIF,Simplii.
Furthermore, I have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and good team player as well as I am able to follow instructions quickly which makes me to fit into this role perfectly
