With over three years of experience in recruitment and working with different companies in different industries, I have extensive knowledge about talent acquisition techniques and employer branding strategies and I also have hired for customer service, marketing, sales, project calling, business analysis, and recruitment roles in my previous roles as an HR Recruiter. I use various talent acquisition strategies, such as job postings, referrals, social media, and head-hunting to attract and engage qualified candidates. I also conduct screening interviews, coordinate assessments, and provide feedback to the hiring managers and candidates. I have passed the McKinsey Forward Learning Program and the GE Aerospace Human Resources Virtual Experience Program. I also attend The HR Fundamentals course from CIPD , How to be HR course from HRCI, and HR Management Principles course from Edraak and Bayt.com . I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in the HR field, and I aim to provide excellent service and support to the candidates and the organization.
