Its menu includes steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs, and chicken sandwiches, and the company provides
frozen custard with a variety of specialty sundaes and concretes.
▪ As a cross-trained trainer of Freddy’s, my duties included keeping a clean and welcoming work environment
both upfront and on the line. Treating every guest with hospitality and making sure they leave satisfied. It was
important to be fast and efficient when taking and making orders. I was a welcoming face to newcomers on our
crew and taught them the way of Freddy’s with a positive attitude.
o Kept multiple green tickets, serving food and orders in under five minutes to guests.
o The restaurant was kept in shape due to deep-cleaning duties done on a weekly basis.
▪ Being able to switch between the front and back of the house when help was needed was a common occurrence
when I clocked in for a shift. Being cross trained granted me this opportunity to keep both sides of the
restaurant secure.
▪ While working upfront, this includes front cashier, drive-thru, scooping frozen custard orders and maintaining a
clean lobby. Immediately when a guest clears a table, I was out in lobby sweeping and cleaning the table to be
prepared for the next guest.
▪ Working in the back of house included having a clean environment while cooking orders that came in. A big
factor of being a line cook was also the communication between team-members and being able to form
connections easily with my co-workers, I excelled in communication on the line.
