I am Edison Flores, a 23-year-old with a degree in Information Technology Engineering. I am passionate about the world of technology, especially technical support, web development, and Python programming. During my internships at the Municipal Government of the Canton of Morona and the Judicial Council, I gained experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, user support, and management of technological infrastructure. In addition, I have complemented my training with certifications in wireless networks, PC repair, and graphic design. I consider myself a proactive person, with organizational skills and the ability to constantly learn. My experience in customer service, both in sales and technical assistance, has allowed me to develop effective communication and a problem-solving approach.
