I’m a customer service team lead with over 6 years experience. I am well knowledgeable with call center operations and CRM systems. I also have an excellent knowledge of computer applications, I facilitate customer service training, providing clients and employees with detailed information and training on customer service and mentality. I am a service oriented person, service to humanity gives me joy, and customer service provides me with the opportunity to provide service and support, and I have optimum satisfaction doing that. I also enjoy working as a customer service team lead cause it provides me with an opportunity to flex my exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while also teaching and learning with my team.
