I am a customer service representative with 3 years experience I am into customer service because I love working with customers and solving their problems. Having started out as a teller, I have since progressed to the role of customer service officer.
I am currently employed at Philips Outsourcing. In this role, I oversee the delivery of customer service excellence and reduces complaints and always happy to help customer's as well.
