I graduated from Riga Technical University as a bachelor’s student in the faculty of “ Social Science in Management” with a minor deviation in Engineering Economics, and I am currently completing my master’s degree at Technische Universität Darmstadt on the topic of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management”. During my bachelor studies, I had a unique chance to experience the call center environment for targeted online and telephone sales. I have had an amazing experience in a term of sales. Working at International Travel Network as a Sales Executive/Travel Agent, enhanced my communication and software skills, understanding of the huge advantage capabilities of teamwork, the realization of my personal flaws, and comprehension of responsibility for the given task. I was able to successfully execute numerous airline tickets, car rentals, and hotel packages as well as perform necessary negotiations with airlines for the resolution of customer problems. Achieving the highest rate of flight insurance booking among our team within a month might be one of the most profitable things I have done for the company. I think it is also worth pointing out that during my studies back in Azerbaijan, I also had an experience as an online English and Chess teacher for 4 months at the Sky-smart website and had a short, yet satisfying, experience working as a volunteer in ESN Darmstadt (Erasmus Student Network) and EYP Azerbaijan(European Youth Parliament) and did some other inspiring activities that you are more than welcome to check in the resume.
My desire now is to look for an opportunity that would allow me to combine my studies and contribute/gain as much professional knowledge as possible.
