Customer Support Specialist
My role is to provide excellent customer service via telephone, video call, email and Live Chat to customers for 2 of our software products. Main duties include: De-escalating customer complaints Creating strong relationships with our large scale customers Working very closely with our Engineers to investigate issues thoroughly, prioritize and diagnose them, and lastly communicate the solution professionally and in a timely manner back to our customers Aiding both frontline support desks in all manners (Live Chat, Telephone, Email) for two products under the Sign in Solutions umbrella simultaneously. Within my 1 year in this position, I began as part of our Customer Support team for one product (10to8), and within 7 months I was promoted to aiding the frontline team for two products (Sign in Scheduling and Sign in App). Software Proficiencies: Jira, Asana, Zendesk, Stripe, PayPal, Chatlio (Slack) Achievements: Recognised as a key support member by our largest NHS client.
