About
I am an experienced and well-rounded Human Resources professional with a proven background in Talent Management, payroll and compensation & benefits. Resilience and perseverance are two traits that I believe most reflect me as an individual. It is my belief that this is the key to being successful in any endeavor that one set’s their mind to, this is why at the age of 27 I decided to leave my home country and come to Italy to pursue my passion and start a new page in my career. When I'm not on the job, I love to watch sports especially football, reading and learning Italian to help me better integrate in my new society, and creating a mess in the kitchen to give my wife the chance to be a hero and save the meals I prepare. In other words, I'm learning how to cook without burning the kitchen. In addition to all of the above, I started my own sports blog where I analyse matches and write on different topics related to football and basketball. Talent Management Activities: - Prepare onboarding sessions for new employees - Follow-up on old employees that did not attend the onboarding to book a session for them - Amend and prepare follow-up sessions to assign them to different pools of employees - Analyze training needs - Provide training services (Internal & External trainings, training material, training administration...) - Work on system implementation • Payroll Activities: - Complete data entries for new joiners in coordination with the HR Administration Officer - Follow-up on confirmed employees - Apply specific payroll procedure for new joiners - Check on the resignation process and complete the appropriate paperwork - Deactivate exited employees and prepare Release letters - Handle transportation fees (sum up all received files from commercial companies along with individual sheets) - Execute monthly amendments in employees’ titles, salaries, transfers, family status, health insurance and saving plans… - Control on bank account numbers - Prepare and Print out pay slips for supplier’s employees - Control salary transfers tracking sheets received from specific banks (covering all the other banks) - Prepare payment vouchers for NTE (non-traditional employees) - Send mileage reports and transportation files to Strategic Business Units to fill them before payroll deadlines - After payroll generation, control pay slip for transactions, all joiners and bank accounts • Report Activities: - Prepare personnel movements reports (joiners-leavers-Transfers) and send them to HR units (to keep the files updated), security men (for security reasons), and IT (to delete leavers from the system) - Prepare Employee Cost reports for all companies and tax report on quarterly basis - Update employee list and print out R3 for joiners and transfers for the Accounting department - Provide NSSF Coordinator with the monthly NSSF contribution
