CRM/Marketing: For over 2 decaded, I have been working as a proper CRM segmentation, retention, account management (especially when I worked at Gartner). I am absolutely customer-centric, and that's my forte and passion.
I hold a Professional Certificate in Marketing from the C.I.M. and I am currently obtaining a complete international certification in Digital Marketing from Escils: Social Media Channels Ads and Marketing, SEO Strategies, Copywriting Skills, Retargeting, Google Analytics. I also have extensive experience in account management, customer service, marketing and CRM roles in multilingual environments and specifically, for over a decade, I have acted as a consultant for European gambling websites (mainly casino, live casino, bingo but, in the last 5 years, also sportsbook) and my tasks have included:
- CRM segmentation and optimisation of the user journeys to gain players’ loyalty, meet KPI’s and business goals thanks to cross selling strategies devised by newsletters, pop ups, SMS, social media and blog content and ad-hoc marketing and promotions
- Creation and execution of promotional roadmaps for Bingo, Casino and Sportsbook players using CRM. Researching and analysing competitors’ strategies
- Managing VIP players through customised loyalty points systems. Dealing with different software suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the platform especially during integration projects
- Fulfilling the day-to-day operational requirements of the products and creating current and tailor-made clients’ chat games, competitions, tournaments
- Actively working with the creative and compliance teams making sure that the visuals, the website and the promotions content are correct and aligned with the brand and each country’s gambling regulations
- Instructing and managing a team of 4 Chat Moderators and Customer Service representatives. Analysing the performance of each product and CRM campaigns.
- Creation and execution of website content, marketing campaigns, promotions and copywriting also translated into Italian, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish including the FAQs and T&Cs
- Working closely with the Affiliates and/or the Affiliate Manager and social media influencers.

I am originally from Italy but I have lived most of my life in London and I now live between London and Milan.
I have been a professional translator since 1996 and have been focussing on gambling, food and travel, marketing, medical/ultrasound equipment, IT/technology and business. Some companies I did work for are Ecotron, Diasonics, Apple, Ealing Council, Radcliffe LeBrasseur, Touring Club Italiano, Quality Property Overseas, PWR.bet and Ezugi.
For the last couple of years, I have been doing copywriting (for blogs, newsletters and promotions) on casino and sportsbook topics in English but also in Italian and Brazilian Portuguese.
