About
Hi, my name is Elma L. Santos, you can call me by my nickname Mai, I move to onsite because remote job is my enthusiast since it is the avenue to make a more strategic decision between employment and family bond during tough times to flexibly perform work tasks that provides work-life balance. I want to obtain a position as a full-time self-employed worker specialized in offering administrative services to clients from a remote location on a work from home basis and would love to share about the strength I can bring to this role. For more than 15 years as HR Generalist and worked with 5 employers, having proficient interpersonal and communication skills is my advantage to easily access with the stakeholders. I can work beyond my shift with minimal to no supervision since I am a rapid learner and self-starter that having given the instruction, I manage my own time and control all existing responsibilities to accomplish the given task. As a proactive, I also can figure out things in a crucial aspect of independent work and accept responsibilities for my mistakes without excuses and as well a team player in achieving the common goal.
